Aaron Powell joined M&G in 2013 as a graduate and has worked as an analyst in the Macro Investment business since January 2015. He graduated from the University of Leeds in 2013 with a BA in Economics and Chinese.
Alex joined M&G in 2014 and rotated through various business areas before joining the Multi Asset team as an analyst in late-2015. He has a degree in economics from the University of Cambridge and is currently studying for the CFA qualification.
Christophe is an investment specialist providing support for the Episode team’s range of funds in the UK and Europe. He joined M&G in 2012 as part of the Paris office before joining the Multi Asset and Convertibles team in 2014. He has an MSc in risk and finance from EDHEC Business School and is fluent in English and French.
Craig Moran was appointed deputy fund manager of the M&G Episode Balanced Fund and the M&G Dynamic Allocation Fund in 2011. In November 2013, he also became deputy manager of the M&G Managed Growth Fund. Craig joined M&G in 2005 as a performance and risk analyst and was later promoted as a fund managers' assistant to the multi-asset team. In 2010, he became the team's investment analyst. Craig holds a bachelor of business degree from Queensland University of Technology and a masters in applied finance and investments from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He is a CFA charterholder.
Craig joined M&G as a Portfolio Manager in 2004 and is a member of the Multi Asset Team, with over 15 years’ experience in the investment industry. In February 2015, he was appointed Head of Portfolio Management for the Multi Asset Team and is deputy fund manager on the M&G Global Target Return fund. Prior to joining M&G, he was a trainee fund manager at Equitable Life Assurance and an Analyst at Pictet Asset Management. He graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a degree in Land Economics.
David Fishwick is Head of Macro and Equities Investment at M&G Investments and co-fund manager of the M&G Episode Macro Fund. Dave has more than 20 years of investment management experience, having joined Prudential Portfolio Managers (now M&G Investments) in 1987 as a European economist and subsequently being responsible for forming views on global bond and currency markets and applying them to multi-asset funds. In 1994, Dave relocated to Australia where he was appointed head of fixed interest and asset allocation strategy in 1997. During that time, he developed his ideas on market behaviour and designed the strategy, philosophy and process implemented for an overlay mandate for the Prudential Life Fund upon his return to Europe in 1999. In light of the success of this mandate, the M&G Episode Macro Fund was launched in 2010, which follows the same strategy. Dave has a BSc in economics from Brunel University, London.
Eric Lonergan joined M&G in 2006 as a member of Dave Fishwick's multi asset team. Eric is manager or deputy manager of a number of M&G's multi asset funds. Prior to joining M&G, Eric was managing director and head of macro research at JP Morgan Cazenove. He has a BA in politics, philosophy and economics from Pembroke College, Oxford, and an MSc in economics from the London School of Economics.
Jenny Rodgers joined PPM (now M&G) in 1994 as an analyst of European equity markets and a portfolio manager for external clients. She has been in her current role as a member of the multi asset team since 1999. In January 2011, Jenny was appointed co-manager of the M&G Episode Growth Fund. Jenny is a CFA charterholder and has a BA honours in economics from Exeter University.
Juan Nevado joined PPM (now M&G) in 1988 and has been working as part of the Multi Asset team led by Dave Fishwick since 1999. In January 2011, Juan was appointed co-manager of the M&G Episode Balanced Fund and the M&G Dynamic Allocation Fund. In November 2013, he was also appointed deputy manager of the M&G Income Allocation Fund upon its launch. Prior to joining M&G, Juan worked as a bond economist at the Bank of Montreal, and before that, as an economist for the Commodities Research Unit, a private business consultancy specialising in macro/micro research on commodities markets. Juan has a BSc in economics from the LSE and an MA in economics from Warwick University.
Maria Municchi joined M&G in 2009. She is responsible for the systems and quant models used to manage convertible portfolios. She is also involved in client communications for the M&G Global Convertibles Fund, the M&G Dynamic Allocation Fund and the M&G Income Allocation Fund. Before joining M&G, Maria worked at Barings and UBS Asset Management. She has an MSc in international management and finance and is a CFA charterholder.
Steven Andrew joined M&G in 2005 as a member of the portfolio construction & risk team, before moving to the Multi Asset team, where he helped to formulate asset allocation strategies for M&G's multi-asset fund range. In November 2010, Steven was appointed manager of the M&G Episode Income Fund. Before joining M&G, Steven worked at F&C Asset Management, Merrill Lynch and the Bank of England. He graduated from the University of London in 1997 with a degree in financial economics.
Stuart is a research analyst for the M&G Multi Asset team and is editor of the Episode blog. He joined M&G in 2005 and has worked in the Episode team since 2007. Stuart has a degree in English and History from York University and is a CFA charterholder.
Tony Finding joined PPM (now M&G) in 1997 as an economist. Subsequently, he took responsibility for the generation of views on yield curve and foreign exchange trading opportunities. In 2001, Tony developed his expertise in credit and exotic fixed interest securities by spending time seconded to Prudential's US-based investment management team. Tony has been in his current role as a member of the multi asset team since 1999. In January 2011, Tony was appointed co-manager of the M&G Episode Balanced Fund and the M&G Dynamic Allocation Fund. He has a BSc in economics from the LSE and is also a CFA charterholder.
Tristan joined M&G in 2016 as a fund manager and is a member of the Multi Asset team, with over 15 years’ experience in asset management. Prior to joining M&G, he was Head of Asset Allocation with responsibility for global multi-asset funds at Ashburton Investments. Tristan holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Durham University. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI.
